For those seeking for a coach you’ve come to the right place. Chase is a phenomenal coach, mentor, and friend. He caters to each individual as though he’s their number one fan. He understands what works and what doesn’t. His experience and knowledge of running will help you crush goals and overcome challenges. Chase’s structure of coaching has helped me reach my goals and I will continue to use him for support and development as a runner.

I started day one of my running journey with Chase. I decided I wanted to set a big goal and take it serious, and it was the best decision I ever made. I had absolutely no idea what paces to run, how to schedule my weeks, or how to progress towards my goal and everything in between. I started with never running over a mile in my life and now within the last year and a half I’ve run 4 marathons and several half marathons, 5ks and 10ks.
Chase took me under his wing since the first day and has built my program very intentionally to get me towards my goals. He made running fun for me and has always been so adaptive and understanding of my schedule when life happens and things just aren’t right. I ran my first marathon with Chase after only 3 months of training and ran a 2:48. Since then I have run even faster and have surpassed what I thought was possible with my mind and body. Chase’s weekly check-ins are extremely helpful and it always gives me reassurance that I am on track and improving in the ways I want to be. I can’t picture where I would be without Chase in my running journey and owe so much of my positive perspective on running and my progress as an individual to my training with him.

Chase is more than just a run coach; he's a catalyst for transformation. In just six months under his guidance, I went from a casual runner with modest mileage to a Boston Marathon qualifier. What sets Chase apart is his unwavering commitment to his athletes' success. From our very first session, it was evident that he wasn't just interested in building a training plan; he was invested in my journey. Chase took the time to understand my strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations, crafting a personalized training regimen that pushed me to excel while also ensuring I remained injury-free. His expertise in biomechanics and training methodology was evident in every session, and his infectious enthusiasm kept me motivated even on the toughest days.
Beyond his technical proficiency, Chase's genuine passion for running and genuine care for his athletes shine through in every interaction. He created a supportive and nurturing environment where I felt empowered to push my limits and strive for excellence. Chase's holistic approach to coaching extended beyond the track, instilling in me a mindset of resilience, discipline, and self-belief that will continue to serve me well beyond race day. I am incredibly grateful for Chase's guidance, support, and friendship throughout this journey, and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone looking to achieve their running goals.

I began working with Coach Chase at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022. I came from a mid distance background but was eager to explore the half marathon and marathon. As a coach, Chase is communicative and intentional. He is receptive to feedback and switching things up if need be but also not afraid to question and challenge fears and hesitation.
Chase’s love and enthusiasm for the sport was evident from the beginning, and this is truly what I think makes him not just a good coach, but a great coach. I may not have made it to the marathon starting line due to illness and injury (covid and tendonitis), but I accomplished some of my most impressive workouts (3x3 mile @ race pace iykyk) and am a mentally and physically stronger runner than I was in college. I can’t recommend Chase enough, and if you’re in a fitness/running slump or just want to be pushed in a new way by someone who genuinely cares, he is the coach for you!

Chase is a dedicated coach and passionate student of the sport. He is always going above and beyond to help runners and learn the most he can. He coached me in pursuit of a sub 90 minute half marathon and I ran a 1:25- mission accomplished. He was patient, trusting, and provided crucial feedback. His communication was top notch and he always explained the purpose of the workout. Chase checked in consistently and made adjustments as needed. He really helped me balance running with life and made the process enjoyable.
His positive outlook made a difference in how I dealt with the mental side of running and racing. Whether you are looking to start running or are ready to pursue PRs, Chase can help get you there!

Chase’s expertise gets results! I have shaved 10 minutes off my half marathon time and am training for a full. My mile time is also 2 minutes and 20 seconds faster than it was 3 years ago. My mileage has increased from 15 miles per week to over 40 without pain.
Chase works with you one on one to help meet your chosen goals. His expertise in running and coaching helps you with long and short term goals. His approach is very balanced, combining long runs with speedwork and prioritizing smart and consistent training for injury prevention. Chase will give you recovery weeks when you need it and work you like a farm animal when you are ready to go.
His communication and patience have made me believe that I was capable of building up my endurance with practice and he has calmed my nerves several times before a race. My recent EVOLT360 scan estimated an age of 7 years younger than my chronological age. My tested VO2 was almost 50.

I have been running for about 15 years at this point. I ran throughout high school, and in college at the NCAA level. I was injured throughout college with a number of stress fractures that kept me out of most competition. Once graduation, I decided that as much as I loved running and competing... it was time to give it up, and just be a "jogger". Upon meeting Chase (we worked together at a fitness studio), I felt instantly drawn back to the running community. I hadn't been around someone that believed in my potential as a true athlete in a long time. It was flattering, but I also believed and trusted his opinion of me. Chase is just like that! He is always honest- he will tell you what he believes is capable and realistic in terms of athletic goals.
My first goal with Chase was to run, no, RACE a half-marathon. I wanted to see what I was capable of in terms of distance and speed. I had always been told I was "not built for anything longer than 5K" and wanted to prove that voice wrong. Chase would write all of my workouts, show up to the fitness studio at 5AM to cheer me on during quality sessions, and meet with me one-on-one to go over and process the mental training that was also taking place in my head. Trusting my body and it's training, while toeing my first starting line in 3 years, was something I had never experienced before. Even with minor hiccups in my training, Chase continued to be a driving factor in my discipline to training. I had never had the privilege of trusting my training in college racing, as I was always running with an injury, or had to skip out on workouts because of health issues. Now here I was, healthy, with countless workouts under my belt, and a coach that spent hours going over race strategies with me during his own free time. This was a chain reaction to an amazing relationship with Coach Chase. He would continue to bike or run alongside me during my time racing in San Diego. Making me a top competitor within the San Diego women's racing field.
I moved to Texas the summer of 2022, and continued to work exclusively with Chase to fine tune my half-marathon time. He customized my training to keep me under 50 miles a week, as I was injury prone in the past when dipping over 50 miles. We learned where my strengths and weaknesses were in racing and trained for the good/bad/and ugly. With his training plan, mental prep, and true friendship/belief in my abilities, I was able to run a PR of 1:21:33 for 13.1 miles. The first text I got post racing my PR was from Chase. And following excited, celebratory expletives... he wrote "We are going sub 1:20". I LOVE that Chase knows me as an athlete so well. He adjusts his coaching style based on the individual, whether they are drawn to competition or want to finish their first 5K under 30 minutes, he celebrates with the same excitement. I will continue working with Chase and referring him to anyone who has a running goal, not just because he helps you to execute and accomplish physical goals. But, because he is the first person you want to text post-race, only to find out he is way ahead of you and has been cheering and screaming at his phone each time he sees your bib number cross another mile marker. THANK YOU, Coach Chase, for allowing me to trust my body and training again and believing in me far before I saw anything in myself! You are crazy, and one-of-a-kind.

I’m an experienced runner and personal trainer. My experiences in sport have taught me the value in hiring a coach vs trying to coach myself. Trying to train oneself for important races is really difficult especially if you are either too hard or too easy on yourself . I tend to be too hard on myself and need someone to pull me back and tell me more is just more and let me know I’m doing a good job. Essentially quieting my inner critic that can derail my training . Coach Chase has an incredible presence as a coach. He’s clear and concise with his coaching cues, he educates, he reassures, he’s and excellent sounding board and he really takes the time to learn and understand how to best serve each client based on their experience level and their individual needs as an athlete . Chase has taught me the value of slower training runs and not going out and beating myself up several days a week . His training plan was easy to understand , the app he uses is super helpful, and he is incredibly responsive to messages. The last race I trained for I showed up without injuries, with a positive view of myself and happy about being able to compete. I would and do highly recommend Chase to anyone looking for a running coach .

Chase has been a great resource and coach in the training process for marathon running! I have worked with Chase twice in the last two years and each time I worked with Chase, I PR’ed each race! He takes a great approach to the training process and knows how to balance push runs and then also daily runs. Would highly recommend Chase for anyone looking to improve their running times and techniques!

I started working with Chase after finishing my first marathon without any structure and completely gassing out and feeling defeated. Since then, he has transformed my running experience. Under his guidance, I’ve learned how to structure my paces and optimize my personal record target times, which has significantly improved my performance and reduced a lot of my aches/pains I use to experience. Chase has also educated me on the importance of nutrition and quality running gear, and through him, I’ve been introduced to many great people in the running community. His expertise has taken the overthinking out of my workouts; all I need to do is show up and follow our plan. Recently, I completed my most successful half marathon, finishing with progressive splits, thanks to his training methods. Chase has inspired me to continuously seek out my next race and chase my next PR with newfound self-motivation. I am incredibly grateful for his support and coaching. He has not only improved my running but has also helped in connecting me with a wonderful community and instilling a love for the sport.

Before I started with Chase I was a bucket list “I’ll only run one marathon” kind of person and completed the Rock n Roll Las Vegas 2018 at 4:44 all on my own. After a few months under Chase’s coaching, I found myself setting goals to run a 2nd marathon, 5 years after my 1st, and finishing at 3:46. That same year I proceeded to run 3 more marathons in 2023.
Chase’s training has kept my fitness level ‘marathon ready’ year-round as well as built my confidence to believe that when it comes to running, I always could and so I did. He’s kept me accountable and builds plans that are sustainable. Even when I am not in a training cycle, I’ve become more consistent due to the structure he has helped me build. After a significant Achilles injury Feb 2024 and being unable to walk for 3 weeks, I was able to come back to running the RnR Vegas half in 1:55, then 6 weeks later crushing a half marathon PR of 1:36. Chase’s coaching is more than just these numbers and crushing PRs. He’s guided me into race preps, not only physically but mentally to the point where even in my worst outcome races, I went in confident and feeling prepared; which is the best-case scenario and the most you could ask for on race day.
Whether you’re a beginner runner looking to finish your first race or seasoned runner with big goals, Chase can and will get you there.

After being a college athlete, I didn't know where to go next. It was a hard transition from having a team and a coach who guided me. Then I started working with Chase. His workouts provided the structure and guidance that I needed to help me find my passion for running again. Since working with him in July of 2024, I was able to train for the Army 10 miler in October (2024), and ran a 6:30 per mile pace, and then less than a month later, running a half marathon at a 6:30 pace per mile! He was able to help me hone in on the skills needed to push myself when tired and constantly believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. But what I love about working with Chase, while he's very knowledgeable, is the way he guides without pressuring, he understands that workouts sometimes have to be changed, that life can get in the way, and how to best train while working full-time. He has helped me avoid burnout while still being competitive, encouraged me, and taught me so much.
